Description

Will our summers continue to be choked with smoke? What is the role of climate change in Northwest forest fires? What are the main drivers of wildfire and how to they connect to climate science? How will changes in climate affect seasonal wildfires? Join scientists and researchers investigating climate science topics that explore current research and make connections to local climate-related phenomena. During the second half of the day, teachers will have time to plan activities that will bring climate science learning into their classroom.
