Description
This workshop will focus on explaining in detail the 4 main FUNCTIONS of Behavior: Sensory, Attention, Escape, Access to items or persons or activities. Strategies will then be discussed to help faculty meet the needs of the students, once they understand the WHY behind the negative behaviors. Understanding the WHY of the behavior is the first step in helping the student change their behavior.
