The focus of this training will be to create welcoming environments for young children and families that identify as LGBTQ+. You will be given an overview of the various ways you might implement inclusive practices, acquire suitable terminology for people of all ages, and time to consider/reflect on your interactions and experiences with the LGBTQ+ community.
