Early childhood educators recognize the importance of self-care in providing a nurturing and effective education for our learners. Lack of adult self-care not only impacts the individual, but all those within their sphere of influence. This workshop sets out to show that self-care is more than simply a "nice to have" component in busy teaching lives, and offers an opportunity for participants to reflect on their current self-care habits to find areas of strength as well as areas for possible growth.
