Mentor Roundtables are exclusively for mentors of early career teachers. Plan to attend at least three roundtables this year! Objectives of these collegial, engaging sessions include:  

• Expand understand of effective induction practices for early career teachers
• Develop ability to conduct learning-focused conversations that support teacher growth
• Understand how to establish and maintain trust, transparence, and confidentiality in the mentor / teacher relationship
• Expand toolkit for mentoring
• Receive coaching around problems-of-practice and plan their future work
• Develop a network of job-alike colleagues in the area of mentoring
