The Fellows’ Network is a group of instructional leaders convened by the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) and the Association of Educational Service Districts (AESD) to support district and community implementation of state learning standards in mathematics, English Language Arts (ELA), and science, and the Early Learning Guidelines. The Network has steadily grown since its inception in 2013 to include more content areas and instructional leaders.
New Fellows and Returning Fellows will need to complete the Fellows Application. CLICK the Application Link. Applications are due on June 2, 2017. Late applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The 2017-18 school year is a significant milestone in the history of providing content area professional learning and leadership development to Fellows across our state as we are launching a three-year Fellows’ Program. A three-year program allows for deeper and expanded learning in the topics: of leadership, content area knowledge, adult learning, change management, equity, use of data and analytics and student growth. Fellows who have participated for more than three years, will become Emeritus Fellows. Emeritus Fellows will remain connected to the Fellows’ Network, and have opportunities for leadership with local, regional, and/or state initiatives. The Emeritus Fellows program will be designed in the 2017-18 school year. Prospective applicants who can commit to only one year may still apply; all applicants are encouraged to consider a multi-year commitment to reap the full benefits of the program.
Application materials are due on June 2, 2017.
More information about the Fellows’ Program and application information can be viewed on the Fellows webpage.
Notifications of accepted Fellows will be during the week of June 5th.
If you have any questions about the Fellows or the application process, please contact your regional Early Learning, English Language Arts, Mathematics, or Science coordinator.
