This session is an opportunity for special-education directors, transition specialists, and teachers working with transition-age youth with disabilities to learn from one another and regional agency representatives to collaborate on best practices.  Goals are to lay the framework for an Interagency Transition Network (ITN), including membership, framework, and goals and objectives.  Additionally, representatives from Morningside will demonstrate Person-Centered-Planning.
