This course will focus on a teacher’s MINDSET, Why does one teach? The workshop’s participants will create metaphors for their teaching. Time will be spent exploring and learning from other professions that are similar to educators. Strategies will be shared as to how to begin to change one’s mindset in order to better meet the needs of the children and also be able to maintain professional happiness.
