Instructional leaders will learn about the underlying research, organization and building blocks of the Marzano framework. They will also apply what they learn and have the opportunity to align their expectations with other practitioners in the field. The intent of this series is to build leadership capacity in each district to support ongoing learning through the teacher evaluation system.

Required training for new principals, assistant principals, and those who have changed frameworks:

• Stage I: 2 days
• Stage II: 4 days
