Teachers will engage with multiple STEM activity examples and gain resources to apply these activities in the classroom, including:
- Curriculum Resources
- Field Experiences
- Networking with local environmental education professionals
8:30-9:00 Sign-in begins, coffee, light snacks
9:00-9:30 Introductions, go over the agenda for the day
9:30-10:30 Student Activity #1 Make a Plankton STEM activity
10:30-10:45 Break
10:45-11:45 Student Activity #2 Climate Change Activity TBD
11:45-12:45 Working lunch/explore facility - Bring sack lunch
12:45-1:45 Debrief morning activities, work in small groups to discuss how to implement with own students- bring to facility? Classroom activities? Share out to group what that looks like

2:00-3:00 Diversity and Inclusion In the Science Classroom workshop
