6:00 p.m. - Welcome & Introductions (Dinner will be served promptly. As you register, please indicate to pre-order a choice of your dinner in the Notes section from one of the following: Prime Rib & Grille Chicken Vin Rouge / Frenched Pork Chop / or, Potato Gnocchi with butternut, sage and pecans.

6:45 p.m. - Awards Presentations

Please register by Monday, June 4.

Cost is $30/per person. Payments should be made at the door (cash or check payable to SEWASA) or Purchase Order made out to SEWASA. Cancellation will not be accepted after June 1. 

Group Registration is available up to 15 people. Please list your guests' names and dinner choices in the Additional Request section on the Confirmation page. Payment Method: Please select Purchase Order, not credit card payment. You can enter your PO number, "Check", or "Cash" in the Purchase Order number field.

Dinner Choice: Please indicate a choice of your dinner in the Additional Request section on the Confirmation page from one of the following: Prime Rib & Grille Chicken Vin Rouge / Frenched Pork Chop / or, Potato Gnocchi with butternut, sage and pecans. Please also be sure to click SAVE after entering this information.

Group Registration: 

• For a group up to 15 guests: please enter the total number of your party in the Coupon field to receive an accurate event confirmation. 
• Please indicate names and dinner choice for each guest in the Additional Requests section on the Confirmation page.
• If you have more than 15 in your party, or if you need assistance, please provide a list of guests' names and their dinner choices to Kuniko Votaw via email at kvotaw@esd123.org. Please indicate names and dinner choice for each guest in the Notes section.
