This is a one-day introductory training on the Learning Focused Supervision Continuum developed by Laura Lipton and Bruce Wellman. Participants will become familiar with this growth-oriented process and learn to better structure learning conversations around the four stances of the continuum (calibrating, consulting, collaborating and coaching).
