Basic Navigation - A basic course in the use of the Rapid Responder system for planning and responding to emergencies of all types. Includes new Dashboard and Chemical Release Features.

Rapid Responder Easy Alert - Designated school personnel are given access to create individualized alert “buttons” which can be installed on one or more computers, smartphones, or tablets.

• School staff and first responders can receive notifications that an event has been initiated. The event shows immediately on the Rapid Responder dashboard.
• After initiation, powerful communications tools become available, including secure means of transmitting pictures, locations, and secure text.

Basic Administration – A basic course in keeping the information in the system up-to-date. Includes:

• Managing personnel and contacts
• Validating current users
• Uploading emergency plans and indicating annual review
• Uploading pictures, floor plans, and other information
• Reporting drills and incidents
• New drag and drop sorting and event reminders
