THIS IS FOR CLOCK HOURS ONLY. The morning session will be on Challenging Behaviors. Information on the antecedents of behavior, how to recognize triggers, appropriate times to intercede and redirect, how to keep teachers, parents and the child safe, signals for de-escalation and teachable moments. The afternoon will be on Positive Behavioral Supports and how they work within the framework of an IEP. Lunch is on your own.
