Description
This training is designed for teachers to get a general overview of the Danielson Framework For Teaching (FFT) in connection to the Washington State Criteria.
Participants will:
- Collaborate with one another to get a deeper understanding of the four Danielson Domains and the Components that make up the Domains;
- Read through the Framework For Teaching and make use of the language and descriptions that are specific; and
- Create collaboration between evaluator and evaluatee for best impact growth on the teacher's teaching.
Participants will also look at the differences between the Four Levels of Performance (Unsatisfactory Basic, Proficient, and Distinguished) and what specific vocabulary teaching practices and evidence will be seen at each level.
Please bring your Danielson Framework for Teaching book if you have a copy.
