This training is designed for teachers to get a general overview of the Marzano Framework in connection to the Washington State Criteria. Participants will collaborate with one another to get a deeper understanding of the Marzano Framework and make use of the language and descriptions that are specific and create collaboration between evaluator and evaluate for best impact growth on the teacher’s teaching. Participants will also look at the differences between the Four Levels of Performance (Unsatisfactory, Basic, Proficient, and Distinguished) and what specific vocabulary, teaching practices, and evidence will be seen at each level.
