The WESPaC Personnel Budget Prep class covers the steps necessary to produce a personnel budget file and extract to be combined with the fiscal budget dollars. In Skyward, the personnel budget files are produced in the SN application and include salary and benefit dollars along with unfilled position monies. Skyward HR provides the ability to create and export the file to the WESPaC Fiscal application as well as the ability to create and export the Salary Exhibit for the OSPI F195 report file.

Attendees will receive documentation along with hands-on instruction to begin the Personnel budget process with the expectation being that they will continue working through the process in their own office and/or can choose to attend any of the Budget prep labs offered.
