Kim Reykdal, a former school counselor and current OSPI Dual Credit Program Supervisor, will be here to talk about dual credit changes/updates, OSPI data analytics, new High School & Beyond Plan requirements, and more. In the afternoon, Irena Beebot from NCESD will do a demonstration of the Skyward WSIPC My School Data digital High School & Beyond Plan.  It is now aligned with all of the new state requirements.  This will be followed up by a workshop by Joanna Monznette, Program Officer for Washington State Opportunity Scholarship (WSOS) to provide tools and resources to support STEM students in their 2018 applications.

Washington State Opportunity Scholarship (WSOS): 

The Washington State Opportunity Scholarship is an opportunity for eligible Washington state undergraduates pursuing a baccalaureate degree in an eligible high demand field such as computer science and engineering at an approved Washington state college or university. With nearly 1400 new awardees for Academic Year 2018-19 receiving up to $22,500, we need champions to raise awareness and encourage students to apply.
