Description
CRDC is a part of OCR's strategy for administering and enforcing civil rights statutes prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability and age. CRDC collects information, including student enrollment and educational programs and services disaggregated by race/ethnicity, sex, limited English proficiency, and disability. The purpose of the CRDC is to obtain data about how well the nation's public schools are doing in fulfilling their obligation to provide equal educational opportunity. The Civil Rights Data Collection is available within Skyward to be run as an export process. This process will allow users to report all of the data required to be submitted to the federal government either via manual data entry or through FFS file uploads.
