Description
The purpose of our LFTs is to develop a deep level of understanding in regards to the team’s focus, as well as to provide guidance for the staff in regards to implementation and/or changes happening for our school.
Our teams will be examining School Safety, Co-Teaching, Grading, School Culture (including Democratic Classroom and PBIS concepts) and Differentiation (formerly HiCap).
The outcome of our work will be to recommend to the Islander staff timelines, structures and staff training if appropriate that support the learning of each team as well as implementation as it fits within a Multi-Tier System of Support for all students.
