This training will provide teams with main ideas that define school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) which include:

- whole school approach to behavior

- investment in preventing problem behavior

- actively teaching and rewarding expected behaviors

- establishing environments that are predictable

- using different practices for different levels (primary secondary tertiary) of behavior support

- implementation of the systems needed to support evidence-based practices

- commitment to on-going self-evaluation and planning for implementation

- collection and use of data for decision-making

Registration is $1,000 per team of 5 and $175 per additional team member.

Cancellations/Refunds
Full refund of NEWESD 101 registration fee, less $10 administrative fee, is available if your cancellation is received 5 days prior to the first class. Full refunds will be issued if the courses is cancelled by NEWESD 101.
