Training Format Update and Date Changes
This training, originally scheduled as a two-day in-person training from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. on June 2 and 3, has changed to a 4-day Zoom training from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. each day on June 2, 3, 8 and 9.
Zoom login information and materials will be emailed to you prior to the first day of training on June 2.

Description
(Required core seminar for all Tier 2 classes) - This interactive two-day seminar will introduce a framework for understanding the dynamics of difficult conversations, along with strategies for improving personal and organizational effectiveness. Participants will increase their self-awareness and confidence in conflict situations. They will learn about the ingredients of conflict, mastering emotions and behavior, and staying curious about what motivates others as they practice the skills needed for approaching their own difficult conversations.
