Description
An essential portion of all CTE programs is helping students get a job. Worksite learning is a program for students to take where they are coached and evaluated through their work experience. This course teaches candidates how to administer this program as well as teaches candidates how to instruct a Career Choices course. Completion of this course meets WAC 181-77A-180 requirements for running a worksite learning program or instructing a Career Choices class. In addition, this course will help candidates meet certification requirements pertaining to the areas of work-based-learning, occupational analysis, and student leadership development referenced in WACs 181-77-031 and 181-77-041.

Full refund of NEWESD 101 registration fee, less $10 administrative fee, is available if your cancellation is received 5 days prior to the first class. Full refunds will be issued if the courses is cancelled by NEWESD 101.
