RCW 28a.405.120 requires that all school staff who evaluate certificated classroom teachers undergo training in the evaluation procedures and framework. Upon completion of Stage I, Days 1 & 2, you will have met the first part of this legal requirement I order to begin evaluating certificated classroom staff in districts which have adopted the Marzano Instructional Framework. In order to fully meet the requirements of the law, you will also need to complete Stage II Days 1-4 framework training. All trainings will be virtual: Synchronous & Asynchronous.
