This two-day AWSP Leadership Framework training fulfills the Washington state requirement for training on the AWSP Leadership Framework. The workshop provides a tool for districts as they continue to design and develop their new principal evaluation models. The framework played an essential role in the TPEP pilots' development of the principal evaluation models and its use was one of the assurances involved with the RIG process.

For this workshop the AWSP Leadership Framework User's Guide 3.0 is required. If you do not already have a copy, please go the AWSP website for information on how to obtain a copy:  http://www.awsp.org/member-support/leadership-framework_1

Important:  This is a cohort group training. Registering for this course automatically places you in the full two days of training: October 10 and 12, 2022.
