With the 2022 school year quickly coming to an end, it is time to think about running the year end processes necessary to close out the current school year. These processes ensure that data is correctly retained in the current school year and rolled to the next school year. All districts using Skyward Qmlativ must complete the 2022 Year End Processing.  The training is designed to be completed by one person per district.  

Before attending this training, the attached 2022 Year End District Checklist must be completed:

• Creation of the 2021-2022 school year 
• District and Entity Cloning 
• Mass creating entry records for 2022-2023
