Description
If you work for a school district or non-profit organization that needs more funding to accomplish the mission, this workshop is for you. Learn the basics of grant writing: identify a fundable project; find a funder; parse a request for proposals (RFP); explore the basic components of a grant; and read examples of well-written proposals. Participants will explore all aspects of technical writing and have an opportunity to develop a narrative that includes all the basic components of the grant. Participants will also develop a simple budget and evaluation plan.
