As a SRO or security guard you are the one called when a student is in crisis and needs immediate safety assistance. Many of the students in need of safety assistance are students with a variety of disabilities. These disabilities include Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, and Intellectual Disabilities.
