Stage 2, Day 4: This training engages participants in an overview of the Teacher & Principal Evaluation Project (TPEP) and the dimensions of the CEL 5D+ Teaching Framework through discussion and various learning engagement strategies. We focus on evaluating a body of observational evidence to determine a performance level. Review how to determine a summative score representative of a teacher's practice.  

This workshop is structured to provide four hours of synchronous learning using Zoom and two hours of asynchronous learning using Canvas.
