Description
Storytelling has been a tool used across cultures and time, it gives us an opportunity to learn from another person’s experience and connect us to a message and meaning. Children, adolescents, and young adults have faced unprecedented challenges living through a pandemic. For many of our students, it has impacted their mental and behavioral health. Storytelling is powerful in shaping our mental health: Stories can inspire empathy, courage, resilience, and hope.
Join us as we explore strategies to integrate social emotional learning (SEL) standards into the Kindergarten-12 literacy curriculum.
*Registration for both the online and one in-person session is required*

NOTE: The secondary option for the in-person session has been canceled due to low enrollment.
