Please join us for our Spring 2018 Directors and Evaluators Meeting being held in Cle Elum, WA at the Suncadia Resort!

*An agenda will be provided closer to the time of the event.

The goals and objectives of this meeting are to:

  •  Provide relevant information for 21st CCLC grantees
  •  Provide opportunities to share best practices
  •  Support community building through networking


 - Registration will begin at 7:45 am

 - Make sure to read additional hotel reservation instructions below

 - A room block for attendees is being held for Monday, May 7, 2018 for $93

 - Must make a room reservation by calling (866) 904-6300 by April 10. 2018, and you will need to identify yourself as a participant of the 21st CCLC Directors and Evaluators Meeting.

ROOM RESERVATION PROCEDURES 

In order to assign individuals to specific rooms, room reservations will be required. Meeting participants will be phoning in their reservation requests by, April 10, 2018, to the following number: 866-904-6300. It is important that each attendee contact the resort no later than twenty one (21) days prior to arrival and identify themselves as part of the 21st CCLC Directors and Evaluators Meeting participants, and provide us with guest name, home or business address, email address (if any), requested type of room, requested bed type (i.e. king, queen/queen, or suites), check-in and check-out dates, and VIP status. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call. The Resort will be included on the attendee list, to stay informed as to when reservations are likely to begin arriving. The Resort does not confirm reservations to the individual in writing. 

CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT 

Guest accommodations will be available after 4:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 am on departure day. The Resort would appreciate receiving flight arrival times for your group, if available. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.

GUEST ROOM CHARGES

Guests will pay their own account upon departure. The Group assumes full and sole responsibility for informing all attendees of the room rate, and applicable taxes. When reservations are made, the resort will require a credit card to be put on file in case of cancelation or no show. Each individual will be charged at checkout for his or her accommodations. Upon check-in, each guest will be required to present a valid credit card, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the room and tax charges plus the anticipated use of the resort’s ancillary services, and we require each guest’s home/business address and e-mail address. If the guest cancels within seven (7) days of arrival or is a no show the guest will be charged for his or her guestroom.
