Member district teachers, counselors, and administrators partner with state agency leaders to advance rural innovation and increasing student engagement. The twice-yearly convening consists of job-alike (professional learning community) time for all participants, keynote and plenary sessions to advance understanding and provide practical tools for the classroom and school, and planning time for continued work outside of convenings.
