Training & Professional Development Online Module Overview (Canvas course)

This module will focus on addressing the implementation of best practices for orientation, training, mentoring, and providing ongoing support to the teacher/paraeducator teams. Special attention will be given towards implementation of strategies that will support the teacher/paraeducator teams in fulfilling the responsibilities of their expanded roles and help them better understand the context of the expectations, work required, and importance of ongoing training and professional development to help them build confidence in practice.
