This training is designed as a very interactive Training of Trainers session for ESD and other trainers who will provide trainings across districts and schools on the process of developing required comprehensive district and school safety plans.

Built on the REMS Guide for Developing HQ School EOP Plans, and adapted for WA, the training will underscore the need for common statewide processes, vocabulary, protocols, and vocabulary. As planning efforts should align from the district to the building levels, the approach will also help ensure planning efforts are fully aligned among district and school administration and staff, and their community partners and first responders.
