Two-day AWSP Leadership Framework Training for evaluators of assistant principals and principals.

The following learning targets will be explored:

• Learn how to use the AWSP Leadership Framework and Rubrics as a tool for a growth-oriented evaluation process.
• Reflect on best practices for self-assessing, setting goals, and using evidence to monitor progress.
• Review the use of reflective questioning in a growth model.
• Practice writing an effective final evaluation.

For the 2020-2021 School Year, Leadership Framework training times and dates are still being established and you will be contacted with a link for the training and exact times once this is established.

This registration is for Day 1 ONLY of this two-day training.  You will be required to attend a Day 2 session in conjunction with AWSP.  We are working with OSPI and Framework Specialists and more information will be coming to you when the schedule is finalized.

Clock hours will be available through AWSP.
