The TPEP Evaluation System Toolkit is a series of Tools to help districts examine their current evaluation system and reflect on improvements for the future. Elements of the Toolkit include foundational procedures, district leadership, professional learning for teachers, and professional learning for principals and principal evaluators. Participants will have an opportunity to receive tools to take back to their district and begin planning for the 2019-2020 implementation.   

The toolkit is designed to capture key elements and indicators of robust   evaluation systems in a format that allows districts, school and classroom teachers to see their program strengths and develop possible next steps. 

Districts are encouraged to bring a team representing various parts of the system.

Target Audience:  central office staff, principals or district teams.

Workshop is from 12:30-3:30 PM
