This project aims to develop and strengthen continuous improvement capacity within five King County based Open Doors programs, to improve student outcomes. The specific results are to improve credential completion rates and close opportunity gaps in credential completion within Open Doors programs. 

• Program teams will be trained and supported in using tools from the Back on Track and Results Count frameworks and other organizational diagnostics, planning, or assessments to drive improvements towards student outcomes.

• High quality professional development and team/individual coaching

• Dedicated and facilitated team planning time throughout the year

• Support evaluating the impact of improvement strategies

• Facilitated learning across reengagement programs working on similar priorities
