Description
Person Centered Planning is a set of practices, which have been developed and successfully utilized for more than thirty years, to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities. During this 4-part series, participants will have the opportunity to increase their understanding of the Person Centered Planning process, explore the benefits of using strengths-based strategies and facilitated collaboration in future planning with students, and incorporate the information gathered through Person Centered Planning into students’ IEPs.
