During this three-day virtual series, Tim Andrews will guide participants to engage with Recommended Practices and Evidence Based Practices in Early Childhood Education for creating and sustaining Inclusive Environments that ensure success for all learners. We will link these practices to practical real life examples and participant reflections on their experiences as teachers.

Session One: Recentering on Foundations of Inclusion and UDL - In this session we will link recommended practices to Universal Design for Learning. Participants will increase their understanding of the foundations for these practices and how they work best together.

Session Two: UDL and Preventative Strategies for Promoting Positive Behavior- In this session, we will link UDL to preventative strategies for promoting positive behavior including Pyramid Model practices.

Session Three: Peer Mediated Strategies Supporting Effective Inclusive Practices – In this session we will increase understanding of the why, what, and how of peer mediated strategies. We will highlight the link between peer mediated strategies and the creation of effective inclusive environments.
