The Oregon Association of School Librarians conference is Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024 at Grant High School in Portland, OR.  Since it is so geographically near SW WA, this course would allow attendees to earn Washington State clock hours for their attendance.  The conference features an opening author panel, 5 concurrent sessions, and a lunch with a keynote speaker.

Attendees would need to register for the conference (which does have a cost) in order to attend by visiting the conference website.  They would also need to connect with Sarah Logan at the conference close to sign attendance verification forms.
