Athletes As Leaders (originally Student Leaders & Athletic Youth) is a program for high school athletes on girls' sports teams. The program aims to empower student athletes to take an active role in promoting healthy relationships and ending sexual violence. Athletes are encouraged to be leaders in changing social norms at school (and beyond) to a culture of safety and respect.

This free training event is open to any coach, athletic director, team mentor, or advocate in Washington State who wants to implement Athletes As Leaders with high school-age athletes, and is willing to commit to implementing the program with their team after participating. Coaching teams are encouraged to attend together and may be given priority for registration. Female-identified or non-binary mentors are recommended.
