Attendance Letters are used to notify guardians of students’ poor attendance and/or tardiness. You can generate Attendance Letters when a student’s Absence Records meets criteria defined by your school. Attendance Letters can be used for the purposes of: Attendance Truancy (Becca Bill) reporting, monitoring Chronic Absenteeism, and for Community Truancy Boards.  

 The training is divided into two sessions: the morning session will be the training on Attendance Letter setup. The afternoon session is an open lab workshop where you can work independently to setup and configure your school’s attendance letters. A staff member will be available in the afternoon session to answer questions. 

 After registration, please visit the Attendee page on pdEnroller to download the Attendance Letter Setup Worksheet. This form must be completed before the workshop and brought with you. To access to Attendee page, log in to pdEnroller (if you are not already), click on your name in the right-hand corner and choose My Events, then click on Attendee Page under the title of the training.
