In this training participants will take a deeper dive into the process of the teacher evaluation feedback cycle, focusing on step 2, identifying an area of focus, and reflection in preparation to implement the work connected for student growth goals. Participants will:

• Build fluency in applying instructional framework language to support meaningful implementation.
• Deepen knowledge and skills in having collaborative conversations that promote growth anchored in framework-aligned feedback.
• Leverage the connections between the critical attributes of the Student Growth Goals (SGGs) and the instructional framework.

Intended Audience:  Principals, Assistant Principals, and central office staff who evaluate teachers under the TPEP evaluation system.

In the 4 clock hours that are provided, participants may select up to 4 leadership clock hours and 1 equity clock hour (not to exceed 4 total clock hours). Equity clock hours are aligned to CCDEI Standards 1a (Understanding Self), 1c (Responsiveness), 3b (Collaboration), 4c (Advocacy).

For all instructional frameworks, the Stage 1 & 2 training aligns to the following PSEL standards: 4, 6, 7
