Description

This session focuses on strengthening middle school College and Career Readiness (CCR) through identity development, career exploration, future planning, and student agency. Participants will develop Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 supports that build comprehensive CCR systems while exploring how High School and Beyond Plans (HSBPs) can serve as one meaningful tool within a broader CCR framework.
