Today, Carley serves as the Vice President of RedBag Inc. She previously served as Mission Director for The "I Love U Guys" Foundation, leading reunification and crisis response initiatives, Executive Director of Safe2Tell, and Program Director for Anderson Software, where she focused on improving public safety communication and support.
