This workshop provides an overview of the Secondary IEP Transition Review process, as required by the state monitoring activity for Indicator 13. The session will focus on the questions within OSPI's Seconday IEP Transition Review Rubric and provide examples and non-examples of compliant transition plan components. We will focus on the transition components with the highest rates of non-compliance based on regional data. There will be time to work in district teams to address issues of non-compliance.

LEAs are encouraged to attend with a team. 

Note: Clock hours will not be able to be claimed until the conclusion of the session. Clock hours are $3.00 per clock hour with a $15.00 minimum per person per event. Even if less than 3 clock hours are claimed, the minimum $15.00 clock hour fee still applies.
