As early childhood educators, we give so much of ourselves to the children and families we support. But when we forget to take care of our own well-being, it becomes harder to give our best to others. This training helps educators understand that self-care isn’t just a luxury—it’s a key part of being a strong, caring, and effective teacher. Together, we’ll explore what self-care looks like, reflect on what we’re already doing well, and discover small, meaningful ways to grow in caring for ourselves.
