This two-day leadership convening invites district and building leaders and teams to bring their talents, ideas, and experiences to a creative, collaborative space designed for transformational thinking and learning. The convening will start by unpacking how systems and social conditioning shape experiences in schools. From there, participants will explore what it means to move toward freedom and liberation through inclusive education. 

Participants will examine inclusionary practices, center the lived experiences and expertise of those most excluded, uncover root causes of exclusion, and co-create actions to increase and improve inclusionary practices—particularly for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities and Black students with disabilities. Through interactive sessions, panels, networking opportunities, and personalized coaching, educators will gain connections to a community of inclusive leaders and develop concrete, actionable plans to advance inclusive practices while continuously assessing and cultivating the culture and conditions needed for sustainable change.
