📖Description: Strong relationships with families are at the heart of quality early childhood programs. This training focuses on everyday communication between early learning professionals and families, including moments that feel easy and moments that feel challenging. Participants will explore ways to build trust, communicate with care and clarity, and strengthen partnerships with families. 

The session invites reflection on how culture, language, stress, and past experiences can shape communication. Participants will have opportunities to reflect on their own practices, share experiences, and consider strategies that support respectful, responsive, and relationship-based conversations with families.
