📖Description: The Start Early Essential Fellowship approach systematically builds on the strengths and skills of early learning program leaders so that in turn they can build on the strengths and skills of their staff.  This module consists of two sessions covering the introduction to the Start Early Essentials for leaders, the roles of an instructional leader, collaborative teaching strategies and job-embedded professional development.
